Inside the Broken Bottle

The concept is the draw here. Rather than a standard arena or amphitheatre run, "23 Nights at the Broken Bottle" is an intimate traveling residency that turns each stage into the Broken Bottle, the desert honky-tonk that recurs across Lord Huron's albums, videos and short films. The staging leans into the world-building that frontman Ben Schneider has cultivated since founding the Los Angeles band in 2010, and the Orpheum's ornate 1927 interior is a fitting room for it.

The 23-date run opens December 1 at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium and sticks to historic theatres that hold only a few thousand fans, a deliberate downshift from a summer that included a sold-out night at Colorado's Red Rocks. Lord Huron have booked two-night stands in a handful of cities, among them Chicago, Montreal, Brooklyn, Seattle, Los Angeles and Vancouver, where the Orpheum hosts both January 5 and 6 before the residency wraps in Los Angeles on January 11. With no support act, the sets are built to span the catalog, pairing signature songs with rarely played deep cuts.

The residency follows Lord Huron's 2026 touring behind "The Cosmic Selector Vol. 1," released in July 2025, a record that featured guest turns from actor Kristen Stewart and Blonde Redhead's Kazu Makino. Many newer listeners know the band best for the slow-burning "The Night We Met," a streaming hit and television-soundtrack staple, alongside earlier favorites from "Lonesome Dreams," "Strange Trails" and "Vide Noir." A two-night stand in a room the size of the Orpheum is a rare chance to hear that material up close.
