Vancouver
Venue Guide
Freedom Mobile Arch
Vancouver's newest outdoor concert venue, currently under construction at the PNE fairgrounds. A modern open-air amphitheatre with a signature arch structure, designed for mid-to-large-scale live music events. Expected to fill the gap between club shows and arena tours when it opens.
BC Place
Vancouver's largest venue. Home to stadium-scale concerts, festivals, and mega-tours. Retractable roof means shows happen rain or shine.
Commodore Ballroom
The legendary Commodore. Open since 1930, famous for its bouncy spring floor. Standing room with a balcony bar. If you've only been to one Vancouver venue, it's probably this one.
Fox Cabaret
Converted former adult theatre on Main Street. Small, sweaty, and perfect. The best room in the city for catching artists before they blow up.
Harbour Event Centre
Multi-purpose waterfront event space near Canada Place. Flexible layout that hosts concerts, galas, and corporate events.
Malkin Bowl
An outdoor amphitheatre in Stanley Park, surrounded by forest. Summer concerts here feel like nowhere else - the trees, the sky, and the sound bouncing off the bowl. One of Vancouver's most unique live music settings.
Orpheum Theatre
A 1927 heritage theatre with ornate Spanish Baroque revival architecture and exceptional acoustics. Home of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and a stunning room for any show.
Pacific Coliseum
Historic arena on the PNE fairgrounds. Hosts arena-scale shows with a raw, old-school energy that modern venues can't replicate.
PNE Forum
Versatile mid-size hall on the PNE grounds. Flat floor, high ceilings, and a straightforward setup that works for everything from metal to EDM.
Queen Elizabeth Theatre
The city's premier performing arts theatre. Seated venue with excellent sightlines, used for touring musicals, orchestral performances, and seated concert events.
Rickshaw Theatre
The heart of Vancouver's punk and indie scene. A no-frills room on East Hastings that books heavier, weirder, and more adventurous shows than anywhere else in the city.
Rogers Arena
The city's primary arena for major touring acts. Home of the Vancouver Canucks and the go-to room for arena-scale rock, pop, and hip-hop.
The Pearl
Intimate Granville Street venue, formerly known as The Venue. Standing room with a low stage and close quarters - you're right there with the band.
Vogue Theatre
A 1941 art deco gem on Granville Street. Standing room with a small balcony. One of the most beautiful mid-size rooms in the city - perfect for indie and alternative acts.
