Anyma brings ÆDEN to the West Coast
Soul Rise is built around a headliner known for spectacle. Anyma is the solo project of Matteo Milleri, the Italian-American artist who is one half of Tale of Us and a co-founder of the Afterlife label, and in recent years he has become one of electronic music's biggest draws for large-scale, cinematic audiovisual shows. ÆDEN, the concept he is touring in 2026, has been described as a blend of sci-fi futurism and ancient mythology, and it premiered at Coachella earlier this year before heading around the world.
For Milleri, the West Vancouver date carries extra weight: organizers are billing Soul Rise as his first-ever performance in Canada. Staging that show inside a brand-new festival, on a beach park with the ocean and the North Shore mountains as a backdrop, is exactly the kind of setting his towering LED productions are built for.
The supporting cast keeps the day in melodic house and techno territory. Argy, Kevin de Vries and Korolova are all established names in the genre, while Son of Son and Daijo round out a bill that runs nine hours across a single stage. Produced by OFF2 Entertainment and powered by Insomniac, the company behind EDC, and GSL, the festival is positioning itself as a marquee moment for dance music in British Columbia.
